The Open University has provided some 5,000 hours of study materials for you to use FREE.

All you have to do is click OpenLearn website, browse and register - it's easy and free.

The material is organised into units that take between 4 and 50 hours of study. The units are organised into 13 Topic Areas, ranging from Arts & History to Business & Management to Science & Nature.   In Lab Space you can also modify the units to suit your, or your U3A's, need.  You are then asked to upload your modification so that others can share it.

Please, when you register, would you add the tag 'U3A Member' to your list of interests on your profile, so that U3A members can more easily 'find' each other  on the OpenLearn site.

• There will soon be a U3A learning club on the OpenLearn website so that U3A members can discuss how they are making use of OpenLearn, both individually and in groups.
