Swimming for Beginners 

What does the group do?   Members attend a course of 6x1/2 hourly swimming lessons which take place in a private outdoor heated pool 24feet x 12feet.   Lessons & instruction are given by a qualified L.S.S.C instructor.  Changing facilities and refreshments provided.

Each course has a maximum 4 people; courses run in 6-weekly cycles.

Level of Expertise  This is for beginners who are learning to swim.

Meetings  Fridays weekly 12 noon - 12.30pm or 12.30 - 1pm; commencing 30th May 08.

Venue  Private pool at a home in Rustington

Costs  £24.00 for the course, payable in advance; this works out at £4 per lesson.
