  • 4 week courses for beginners

  • 3 week courses for those with a little knowledge

  • 1 day lessons on Microsoft Publisher or Family History on-line research

Places must be booked; contact pchelp if interested.

What does the group do?  These short Computer courses aim to help those who are new to computing, or who lack confidence or want to expand their knowledge. There are 2 different courses, one aimed at absolute beginners, and one for those who have started using a PC. Basics are covered, such as emails; searching on the internet; creating a letter heading; using files and folders; cut, copy and paste; and using Excel.

Sounds serious, but it is a small, relaxed class with laughter and enjoyment an essential.

Level of expertise the group is aimed at  Novice computer users or those with limited knowledge

Meetings  Fridays, 10am-12 noon or 2 - 4pm.

Venue  The group meets in a private home in East Preston.

Costs  A small charge is made to cover expenses.  Refer to the Convenor for details.
