Bird Watching
What does the group
do? The Bird Watching Group made their first field trip in February
2010, when they visited Pagham Harbour Nature Reserve
at Sidlesham. During the year they will follow on with trips to
the RSPB Reserve at Pulborough, Woods Mill, Peregrine spotting at
Chichester and viewing the Starlings at Brighton.
Level of expertise the
group is aimed at Some knowledge of birds is
desirable. An ability to walk short distances, spending time
in non-heated hides or outdoors is ideal.
Meetings
2nd Monday of the month at 10am.
Venue
Various outdoor venues.
Equipment needed Access to a pair of
binoculars, waterproofs.
