Webmaster, Jill Wellman
Jill started life as an Essex girl near Ilford. Her college
and early married life took her to Exeter, Sevenoaks, Nottingham and
South Wales, before she finally settled in Sussex with her husband
and 2 children.
For about 18 years she enjoyed working in IT, dealing with smaller
systems run by the Revenue at Durrington. On retirement she
started learning to play the clarinet and has a lot of fun playing
in the Littlehampton Concert Band.
She became the 300th member to join Arun U3A, and belongs to a Book
Group, the Digital Camera Club and Jazz Appreciation. In
August 2006 she taught herself to use FrontPage and then set up this
website for Arun U3A. The website is a work in progress - an
Open University course (T183) on designing websites has given her
lots of fresh ideas, and Jill would highly recommend the course to
any aspiring webmasters.
