during the afternoon, and Group Leaders and Committee Members will be
available for discussion. All dates are third Wednesdays.
17th February 10: The Life and Voices of
Kathleen Ferrier
The speaker is Christopher Fifield, a
professional conductor and music historian, who has given talks
to organisations all over the South of England. He illustrates
his talks with CD recordings of her voice .... and he points out
it will be the centenary of her birth in April 2012.
17th March 10: A talk by a local
ornithologist, Richard Crowser, on the birds to be found in
our area of Sussex.
21st April 10: AGM
